Was previously waiting for provider to contact the pharmacy regarding a medication while my son was sick with a fever and double ear infection. Issue wasn’t resolved quickly enough, I went to get my son prescribed medication from ER and got it right after. Did not feel provider or office cared enough to solve the issue quickly so that my son could start to heal. He’s 10 months. On this visit provider said I should spend time separately from my son because he seemed too attached. He’d just been poked at in his ear so he wanted me. After the medication issue and this comment I will be looking for a new provider.

He walked in and never introduced himself. Started typing on the computer and hardly spoke to us. He never listened to pt’s heart and didn’t seem concerned or interested in him at all. Didn’t ask about other concerns so we were ready to get out of there. 95 percent of our visit was spent with him typing - not communicating with us.

Took both my boys for an ADHD/ Autism evaluation. The PA was very courteous and polite, very professional. The attending Dr was VERY rude, would not let me or husband talk, when we would ask a question his response was”i am trying to explain if you would let me finish talking”…no bedside manner, we went in for an ADHD evaluation, his PA gave us instructions to fill out last 4 pages on the form, and specifically stated” I will give you a packet for the teacher to fill out”. Following her instructions, when Dr Jinadu walked in, he said”what are you doing? One section says parent, one says teacher. You are not the teacher”. When i tried explaining we were following the PA’s instructions he was very dismissive and said “i can’t help you until you fill out the packet correctly”. After stating he could not be any help until the paperwork was filled out, he Continued to go on about my son being overweight, which had nothing to do with the initial cause of the appt. I tried explaining his pediatrician there AT TX TECH had no concerns, everything was up to date and ok with the most recent bloodwork, and again continued to be very dismissive, would not let talk and would talk over me. His PA showed him the lab results and his response was “ok, well have a good day and walked out”. For my other son, the one we needed the autism evaluation, he said he’s a baby, that’s normal and gave us no further information. WORST visit, no help at all.

Dr. J questioned my husband upon entering the room about why he was let in with my son who was experiencing covid symptoms. Later on he asked him a date specific question and was asking if my son saw an orthopedic Dr in 2001. My son is only 3. So my husband clarifies and he kept saying 2001.

He was very rude and dry and even though we had already waited an hour he was rushing my kids through their BASIC check up because it was almost lunch time and said he had to go, which we did too after waiting so long. He kept talking to my three year old very sternly and it felt as if we were all in trouble at school I won’t be going back. The nurses were very nice though.

"Be a little more polite, take the time to fully hear the parent on concerns, don't assume to know how the child is being parent with your 1 hour or less visit once every 8 -12 month. Don't automatically diagnose a child on behavioral issues before getting full understanding of the child. And explain more clearly why it's important to demand blood work for a 6 year old. "

We took our daughter in and saw dr. Jinadu. She had been running a high fever (101-103) for a week that we had been treating with Tylenol and motrin. The night before her appointment she started complaining about her throat. That morning her throat was very noticably swollen. We took her in and dr. Jinadu tested her for strep and it came back negative. He then prescribed zyrtec and nothing for the fever or infection she obviously had. Dr. Jinadu said he saw no reason to give her any antibiotics and that antibiotics could make her worse. So we got an immediate second opinion at another clinic and they diagnosed her with strep and bronchitis. I do not understand how dr. Jinadu missed that when all the signs were in his face. We got antibiotics and her fever broke that night for the first time in a week. I do not recommend seeing dr. Jinadu again for our daughters medical needs.
