I am very impressed by Dr. Soliman and his staff. Dr. Soliman is a good communicator and empathetic. He knew how to handle a patient who had put iff a procedure too long. Thank-you Dr. Soliman and staff. He’s also a first rate surgeon. I knew my recovery would involve quite a lot of pain and it has. But I have followed his instructions and they have helped.

Encounter with Dr Soliman was professional and polite looking forward to completing the screening in near future at BSA

Better experience with the techs/nurses than the provider. I felt like my concerns were dismissed by the provider, who after two follow-up phone calls has yet to send over an updated pain med. Was told if I had additional issues to “go to the ER” since everyone would be out at a conference the next week.

"Mohammed didn't listen. Didn't read/understand c scan test. Refused 2 believe me. Another doctor diagnosed my hernia within seconds & knew my gallbladder should come out. I will NEVER come back 2 Tx Tech. They don't CARE about patients. Lousy doctors!!"

Very heavy accent was hard to understand and the mask made it even more difficult to understand.

He seemed to be in a hurry and was more interested in asking the physician showing him what she thought.

I'm sorry I don't take somebody's word just because they have a piece of paper saying they know more about a subject than I do you got to prove stuff to me\r\n

He was friendly and answered all my questions about surgery.

He needs to listen and communicate better, I went in 4 months ago and I had to make another request for a specific need. I also called in the next day regarding an rx he gave me, 2 days later not a peep from him on a better plan. I requested a specific sleep med on our first visit, I have not gotten it yet. He waited 3 months to give me the results of an xray.
