Chad Winchester appeared in completely unprofessional attire, grey tshirt and grey sweatpants. He did not know why I was there, and showed no real concerns of the two issues I brought up. Essentially told me to go see a PCP, which I had planned anyway. He dismissed my concern, and only acquiesced to lab work after I specifically asked for it and told him what labs to order. He did no harm to me, but he did not help me either. I could forgive the lack of professionalism had he performed a thorough exam/ interview; however he did not, and I will seek care from another clinic. Essentially it was a waste of time and resources. I am a nurse practitioner myself, therefore feel I am able to judge the inadequacy of this interaction justly.

The provider did not rush me!!\r\n\r\nThe provider also explained the procedure completely!\r\n\r\nThe provider puts me at ease!

The lab receptionist was kind of rude. The lady who drew my blood was very sweet though.

Chad always made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions. Jennifer always remained positive and always smiling

Chad Winchester is very respectful and straight to the point, he doesn’t make you feel dumb for asking questions and he makes sure to answer your question to the best of his ability and if they have to do any tests he is very good about walking you through the process and the reasoning behind the testing. Him and his nurse are very easy people to get along with and are the best health care providers I have ever experienced.

I had scheduled a full check up and I was expecting y’all do to what gynecologists do but instead it was just my weight, vitals and asking me a few questions about my period. So I don’t know if that’s just y’all’s routine thing or if that was a lack of communication and major confusion on my side. \r\nNever thought I would have to specify with a doctor that specializes in vaginal health and care that I was expecting to have my vagina looked at to make sure everything looked good.

Chad is a great doctorand his nurse is AMAZING!!

I did not see my provider because he was a male and I had to wait 10 weeks for my appointment with the female doctor I requested. This was changed without my knowledge when the clinic moved my appt.

Front Desk Ladies we’re super nice and So was my Nurse and Doctor, super happy with how I was treated.

Nursing and provider were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable and the entire time.

I want to recommend my Doctor Winchester. He is very kindly and friendly. He was explained what ever I want to know. I like him and I want to say thank you so much for being my Doctor.

Dr. Winchester has always made me feel comfortable, as does his team.\r\nOn my last visit, after conversing, he recommended a test that had not been ordered automatically.. for that I am thankful. I am still waiting for the results, at which point I have no doubt that he and his team will act accordingly.

Every staff member I had encountered were very kind ! My questions were answered and I feel heard. My past visits at other offices always ended with me having more questions than answers and I always had felt awkward or judged. But not here. Staff made me feel welcomed and treated me with kindness !

Dr. Winchester is very kindness. He had explained everything i want to know. I recommended that him.

Dr. Chad is always very attentive, courteous and respectful. He is in the right profession. Know him for almost 10 years know. She took great care of me when I was pregnant for my daughter who will be turning 9 years next August.

I love Chad’s nurse Jennifer! She is always so happy and in a great mood and makes me feel comfortable and it’s easy for me to talk to her! Chad is also an amazing OBGYN and this is my second pregnancy going to him. I wouldn’t chose anyone else as he is also very nice and happy when I check in with him. Both always answer any questions I may have and make sure I don’t have any more questions or need anything before our visit ends! Will definitely miss these two once I have my baby! :)

He listened to everything I had to say and came up with a game plan to help me.
