Dr Ruiz had a specific plan of action after his over diagnosis of my medical current and history! He also will follow up in two weeks to find out how things are going!

He speaks clearly about how I’m doing and if there is anything that I need to fix he explains how and why.

Great comfortable and fast visit!!!

He tends to sometimes speak in terms that are not easily understood by the layperson. I felt that some of my questions were dismissed or inadequately addressed.

Communication with Dr. Spellman, other than face to face, is impossible.

"Different doctor than first time. Didn't know our case at all. Acted like he didn't believe the blood sugar number we told him. Had nurse come in and after trying 3 times to check his blood sugar, realized they were trying to use expired test strips."

Dr Spellman is amazing very direct but great bed side manner.

The drs are so caring and professional. The nurse Kellie though may need to reaccess her calling as a nurse. She humbles and humiliates her patients. She never looks happy and actually her face says it all. She is rude and made me feel worthless.
