wait tim was ridiculous. my appointment was at 2. i arrived at 1:30, and i wasn’t seen until 2:30. the dr didn’t come in until 2:45. after that and having to do labs i don’t leave until 4pm. way to long of an appointment because the office wasn’t on time.

She was awesome she a ser all my questions, she was really nice I was kind of scared but she made the experience a good on. Also her nurse is bilingual and she is awesome as well she was also patient and answer my questions as well.

I enjoy the Texas tech health system and providers. I would like to see them take more care when it comes to pregnancy of details of what is happening. It’s very difficult to get an appointment in Odessa and get anyone to answer the phone

The nurse Did not know why I was being seen and fsiled to attempt to see why,. She stopped me in the hallway and told me to go back downstairs just to get checked on my throat before I can even get seen. Very rude and disrespectful
