"Would have liked the visit to be with the actual doctor instead of the helper/student. The physician just came in to say hi and say I hear everything is good. They don't check ears, throat, reflexes, or fill your lower stomach like they always do for a well visit they just did lungs. "

I had a great experience with everyone involved. It was my first time meeting Gregory Mann but he was so kind and caring and really took care of my daughter and calmed my nerves.

He is always so very friendly and welcomes any questions or concerns I may be having with my baby.

doctor Dr. Mann is very knowledgeable, and did great with my toddler. She is normally terrified of doctor appts, and Dr. Mann made her experience more enjoyable with way less tears than usual! I appreciated his patience and care.

Helped in every way

Dr. Mann deserves all the praise. This was only our second time to see him yet he made my 4 year old daughter feel so known and like he knew her, her entire life! He was fast (yet listened), explained throughly, and had medicine called in immediately. There is not enough positive words to describe him and his characteristics. When we left I told my daughter, “that was so fast, easy, and he was so nice!” She said back to me “he was handsome too!” Thank you Dr. Mann!!!

We love having Greg as our provider! So nice, easy to talk to and always a smile on his face!

Completely ignored my concern for my daughter who had just gotten over the flu and still seemed to be getting worse. I took her to the er right after he decided to not do any tests and turns out she had RSV

He told me he was not concerned about any of the things I brought up. Including eating wood, paper, and lots of other non food items. He said that she was not prescribed AFOs for curled toe walking. However he’s the one that prescribed AFOs for this exact reason several months ago. He seem to have no knowledge of her situation.

Tx tech is a great place I’ve been going since I was a child and I’m now 30 with my own kids and appreciate all the doctors and nurses!

This was our first time meeting Greg. He has wonderful bedside manner and was very helpful.

He was nice, understanding and answered all my questions. He was very nice to my daughters and it surprised me that he actually listened to my older daughter and understood the words she was saying most people ask me for confirmation but he understood most of what she had to say.

I voiced concerns about something and it was brushed off like nothing. They did not help me find a solution or give me advice. It was in and out.

The doctor and nurse like kids

My grandson was very I’ll. I called, talked with Chris she got him in same day. Very kind, & caring. The nurse, Israel, took us back promptly & showed concern how Ill my grandson was. The provider Mr. Mann was Great! His caring and concern helped put us at ease. Thankfully on follow up the next day, my grandson was so much better.
