Did not feel like she helped much or knew what was going with my child. Didn’t give much feedback on how to help or what she could possibly be sick with. Brushed off my kids symptoms.

"Our experience is always great! You are so professional, informative with details and keep Nevaeh at ease during her appointments. That's not always easy fir a 5 year old. Thank you!"

"The front desk lady is much much nicer than the previous lady. We appreciated her. And we're very satisfied with Jennifer. She's very thorough. Thank you. "

My appointment was closer to lunch. I waited in the room for 45 minutes. The consultation lasted 6 minutes.\r\nIt felt rushed.I received no feedback on what to do if it doesn’t get better. Just “what pharmacy do you use.” \r\nQuick questions and cut me off if the response was not up to par.

Instructions for the Dr note were ambiguous and my grandson was held out from all pe, rather than just the parts involving his wrist.

I had expressed a concern for my daughter. Was sent home with no antibiotic or treatment for her. In the evening, she had the same symptoms but worse. Retraction of her chest was worse & her breathing became shallow. I expressed this at the visit but felt as if there was no concern about it. Will be using telehealth to see if they can prescribe my little something and if not I will take her to the ER.

we saw jennifer crowell for an initial newborn visit— my newborn was in nicu for one week. i had taken my first child, who was also a nicu patient, to texas tech physicians and was pleased so decided to schedule with my second child. my overall experience with jennifer crowell was very poor. she had unpleasant bedside manner and as a new mom needing reassurance for all the things that kept us in nicu like maintaining body temperature and she made me feel very uncomfortable. for example, i was informed by the nicu doctor that my child had a tongue tie so at this appointment i had asked if that was done at the clinic, this visit or the next, and she immediately was offensive after i privately mentioned to my husband that i thought it would be done today and she blind-sidedly asked, “does this mean you’re not going to come back?” i had told her, after she repeatedly asked if she had done something wrong, that i just thought that was a weird question to ask. as stated above, poor bedside manner.

I have had numerous uncomfortable and rude experiences with Jennifer Crowell. She makes me feel as if my concerns are not important and that I shouldn’t worry as much as I should. My child has been in constant pain for 2months and she showed little to no concern about this. She is also very very rude when replying back to me about questions or statements. I’ve had her since my child was a newborn. I am planning on changing my daughters pcp because of this.

The person scheduling our appointment was very kind and compassionate regarding the nature of our visit. The doctor appointments begin with the scheduler, the way they answer and are understanding makes a parent feel comfortable when their child is in pain.

I hope the appointment with my daughter changed the way she treats her other patients. I’m not sure if she has ever experienced someone crying because of how rude she was being.

Farlee is lovely. Very involved. And there's a receptionist with short hair, about down to her chin who always remembers me and is so helpful. All in all, y'all doing a great job. 5 stars, would recommend.

Hardly any concern, a rush of questions before I can finish a thought to answer, tried to see in my texts from my mom who takes care of my baby while I work when last medicine intake was, asks another quick unconcerned question, my daughter cries, took absolutely way too long to come in room and maybe that’s why the rush if questions. A calm and interested voice is much more appreciated when littles are sick. Checked for strep, negative, oh just prolly a bug again, waste of time to come into a 3:15 appt to be seen at 4. Less stressful if I was met with empathy instead of rushing tone and quick response prior to being able to answer. Don’t know her name.

"Provider did not read history or chart before entering. Did not introduce self until after some questions. Wanted to know why I had given my child medication, where I got it, who prescribed it. (Zofran ) was not very polite when she asked . Didn't feel like she was being helpful. Had to ask her if lungs, ears, nose, and throat were ok and if there was any sign of why he was having symptoms.
