Kim has caused an infection in my son due to a shot given into a lymphnode which id extremely frustrating but Faircloth understood the frustration and offered further care

The provider was not helpful at all in the follow up appointment. A person with physical therapy was supposed to contact us to set it up but I was never contacted. He basically told me it was on me to make sure they contacted me yet he told me he would have them reach out. I’m not sure if he forgot what was discussed in our previous appointment but he acted as though he did. He told my son he just needed to be motivated instead of playing video games (not sure where he got that from). He made me feel as though going to him was a complete waste of time

Dr. Faircloth is amazing. He listens to our concerns and doesn’t dismiss the things we share about our kids whether they be big or small. He answers questions thoroughly. He does great to chat on a personal level and is so sweet to our young kids. They love him!

Dr. Faircloth is always a joy and so good with my son! The resident doctor as well (I forgot his name) was also so, so great with my son!

Amazing experience! They helped our Marky and gave great advice on how we can get him well again.

"Just need to become more efficient at front desk area\r\n. The process is very slow, tideous and seems to be unnecessary. I mean that there seems to be plenty of staff up front, but upon current and past arrivals, no one will even acknowledge you. No eye contact, or hello we'll be with you in a moment. Instead there are about 8 staff members looking at computers or just talking g to each other. It seems like an easy fix.\r\nOtherwise, once we go to the back area, it seems more professional. "

Dr Faircloth is great! My kids are new patients of his and felt so comfortable around him. Switching to a new provider can be nerve wracking, but he has made the switch super easy and we love him already.

PT orders were never sent after visit and took a week. Scheduling was very very difficult and then f/up appointment was scheduled too far out. Needed to be much sooner. When there is someone in physical pain. Waiting a 4 weeks to be seen and then being told 3 more weeks when called for f/p is too long. F/up Appointment should’ve been made at first visit. Wasn’t offered an earlier time based on cancellations either. Took too long for referral appointment and was told there was no referral multiple times. \r\n\r\nPhysician was very caring and had to do things himself because no nurses available. \r\n\r\nUnfortunately, we will not be using this office in the future. Very unorganized!

I don’t not like that y’all gave out my sons appointment time and told anyone that we checked in. I feel you need to ask permission of the patient or guardian before you give any information to anyone including if they checked in or not.
