Dr. Dent is great at putting patients at ease - she has a warm and calming presence, is a great listener and involves the patient in discussing symptoms and treatment options. Body exam- finding skin cancers- Listening too me— and understanding > my health / mental problems > I have experienced many times - Providers in a hurry and that l am 70 years Old— That’s Why l tell all providers/ technicians etc. - I Am a RN-IV- worked at MMH in ICU- Interns In MMH needs a lesson in Listening - If these Interns get know a well experience RN - Listen to their in put >on their patients- Their experience and learning to treat these staff members as a team member. They might be one day - A Doctor like Dr. Dent\r\n\r\n
