She didn’t really speak to us… look at the computer/paperwork the whole time. Then, even though she told us she would help him be able to get the new omnipod, when we called to ask for a letter of medical need, she refused because he doesn’t do everything with his pump the way she wants, even though his A1C is not super high. It isn’t great, but it is better than it was before he got the omnipod dash last year. She basically just told us to find a new provider and let them handle it. Don’t tell us you will help us get the pump and then change your mind a few days later.
