I’ve been coming here and seeing Dr. Jenkins for many years. The staff have always been courteous and accommodating. Dr. Jenkins is a wonderful, excellent, and thoughtful doctor. I’ve never had an issue with anything.

Dr Jenkins creates a comfortable atmosphere in which I feel free to discuss any needs I have. I never feel judged. I feel encouraged, and always leave with a lifted spirit. I appreciate my time with Dr Jenkins.

Dr Jenkins had done several tangible things to make my life better. Off the top of my head I can think of four. I mean things that made a difference in my and consequently my families life and relationships. Not too mention my own health.

Dr Jenkins is awesome. I’ve never had a more observant, caring psychiatrist. He treats me like a person, not a number in a long line of other, faceless numbers. That’s incredibly important and I’ve never had a psychiatrist like that! I completely dread his retirement!!!

Dr Jenkins experienced,knowledgeable,professional. Nothing beats a smart Experienced doctor. Dr Jenkins is the best.

"Even though the medication my other doc had given me before I saw this doc had side effects, it seemed strange that this doctor asked to look at my medication bottle, then when I handed it to him, he said he wouldn't give it back. (After I/ my insurance paid for it) and he kept it. It wasn't a big deal but it bothered me later because 1) When I mentioned this to someone else, they said I should call the cops because it was a controlled substance and I (only) should have it. And 2) I try to keep old medicine bottles from prescriptions that dont work so I know what to avoid next if the issue returns time. It's the best system I've found, and I've never seen a doctor do this. He said it was because he didn't want me taking both meds together. I would have done that anyway, because I know it's dangerous... It just really bothered me after someone said it's probably illegal and I should call the cops."

He has been my Psychiatrist for a number of years and been with me throughout the start of my illness and recovery.

Kind, knowledgeable, cares about my opinion and fully answers my questions.

Dr Jenkins always speaks assurance that they are always available to help me and that I can call if I have a need. Dr Jenkins and all the staff that I have seen are very quick to meet my needs, ie prescription refills and return calls.

The entire office staff and doctor make you feel like you truly matter and they are here for you. They are genuine.

I’ve been coming for 35 years so obviously I think Dr. Jenkins is the best! I drive 2 hours from Lubbock, which is not convenient, because I trust him and know I will always be taken care of in the best possible way. There are doctors I could see here, but he has always been there when I need him and I believe he really cares. That is worth the drive!

I absolutely love Dr Jenkins. He’s been a lifesaver and has really helped me when no one else would, or would even misdiagnose me. He got it figured out real quick and it’s been uphill since. He’s an amazing doctor and I would STRONGLY suggest him. The wait list is well worth it!!!

Dr Jenkins should be xeroxed and spread all over. At least in Amarillo. He’s caring, a good listener and very smart. I’ve never had a psychiatrist actually spend time with me, which I find very odd. At every appointment, Dr Jenkins assures me that he is there for me and if I need anything to just call. I quickly came to realize that he meant exactly what he said. I trust and appreciate that he cares for my welfare.

My Physician is very competent and knowledgeable about my condition. He is always listening to how my medication works for me and if we need adjustments and for me this is what a patient needs, also he listens to me on what has been accruing in my life.
