The provider we saw was dr herrick and she is great

Dr. Herrick is great with my boys and always takes time to explain and answer any questions

Gave Rhylee 6.2.2016 and extra shot, all 3 in her arms. A few said we need to come back in a few months and the last that checked said we are caught up and do not need to come back.

Dr. Herrick takes the time to explain and listen to the pt. My kids have seen her for years and they are very comfortable with her. She explained to them. Most importantly she interacts with them. Asking them questions not just the parents.

Herrick does amazing every time.

The last time we brought her in, we were told she just had an URI, she was still sick 4 days later so we took her to Care Express and found out she had Covid. This time we brought her in on monday and was told she had an URI, she was still sick today so we brought her to Care Express and she was tested positive for strep throat. I don’t want her to bring her back to Texas Tech pedi anymore.

Dr Herrick is an amazing physician. She is caring. Best pediatrician for my child.

Love Dr Herrick she is fantastic! My son adores her it's not even a fight to get him to go see her. She is so patient with him he loves interacting and playing with her during the visit. Dad and I love that she will take her time and explain things and tell us why she does what she is doing or why she thinks it is the diagnoses she is treating him for.

Dr. Herrick has always been there to help with all of my questions. She is usually always available for specific questions when it comes to my kids no matter which provider we see in the appt. She is very engaged in my sons care both in and out of the clinic.

Dr. Herrick is truly amazing with my daughter. She is extremely patient and kind.
