Dr. Shayeb and the student physician were amazing. Great bedside manners. The check-in staff and nurse could use some training in how to be efficient without being abrasive, harsh, and insensitive. It is unfortunate that you have such great physicians on staff but yet the faces that the patients meet such as the front desk and nurse can leave an unfavorable experience.

I believe the only downfall was having to wait for an hour before I was called in🙁 and the girl that was doing the paperwork and checked me out before the doctor came in she had wrote down one of my concerns and once we got to the doctor that concern was overlooked
